I have been fortunate enough to have a portfolio of careers, ranging from opening a 200 seater restaurant at the age of 21, working in the City of London for the oldest Investment Trust in the world, to working alongside my husband (Jason) for over 20 years in a variety of entrepreneurial pursuits, ranging from Consulting to the Fund Management World, to various undertakings in the Property field.
I would love for you to join me, whilst I share my eclectic world. No two days are the same, but all include the need to juggle parenting, work and cooking an evening meal.
My travels to far flung places are all via my table, visits to farmers markets and little obscure shops that sell exotic ingredients from all over the world.
