Ingredients
200g Chorizo
125ml Sherry (dry or sweet)
1 Tablespoon honey

Method
Fry the chorizo until all slightly crispy.
Add the sherry and allow to bubble for a minute.
Add the honey and stir together and serve
Tips
The recipe makes enough sauce for dipping, if you don't want or need a lot of sauce, use ½ the amount of sherry.
