A quick and easy tapas idea that can morph into a starter, topping to a salad or a delicious addition to your starter table.

  • 200g Chorizo
  • 125ml Sherry (dry or sweet)
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

  • Crusty bread

  • Super grains or lentils
  1. Fry the chorizo until all slightly crispy.
  2. Add the sherry and allow to bubble for a minute.
  3. Add the honey and stir together and serve
The recipe makes enough sauce for dipping, if you don't want or need a lot of sauce, use ½ the amount of sherry.
