An easy to beat together no churning ice cream that can be made ahead in minutes. All you need is a beater, bowl and freezable container.

  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 125ml organic cocoa powder (I used Green & Blacks)
  • 500ml double cream
  1. In a bowl beat the ingredients together until you can see tracks in the mixture that hold their shape. This can take between 3-8 minutes depending on the strength of your beater.
  2. Add to a freezable container and freeze for at least 6 hours or ideally over night.
