A wonderful way to add something different to your midweek meal menu. A packet of pork that can be made into chorizo tasting meatballs or burger patties.

Ingredients
  • 500g pork mince
  • 2 heaped tablespoons sweet smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and form balls or patties
  2. Fry, BBQ or bake in the oven
  3. Enjoy with a chopped salad and pita bread pasta or with rice and a tomato sauce.
Tips
Add the same spicing to your favourite soya or vegan mince.
