Simple summertime food. Equal quantities of hummus and Greek yogurt mixed together and placed on the base of your plate. Top half the hummus with salad, lots of chopped parsley and the other half the plate with your chosen protein, I fried steaks. Dip and enjoy with #bread or #pita Build mini bites of a single ingredient or load the works. It makes for a quick and easy dinner.
