A quick and easy festive butter to serve with scones or as part of your festive cheeseboard.

Ingredients
  • 4 heaped Tablespoons fruit mincemeat
  • 50g butter
  • 1 Tablespoon brandy
Method
  1. Add all the ingredients to a mini blender and pulse until just combined. This only takes a few seconds.
  2. Refrigerate until needed.
