Easy No Cook Canapé Recipes

These No Cook Quick Smoked Salmon Pate, Peppadew Feta Cheese and Caprese Canapés are handy canapé recipes to have up your sleeve for a party. By arranging the canapés in the shape of a  wreath, you can create a wonderful show stopper.

How to Assemble The Canapé Wreath

Use a board, a plate or even a square of parchment paper placed directly onto the table. Make the shape of the wreath by scattering one bag of rocket leaves in a circle; this gives the wreath its structure. Place the canapés onto and around the rocket leaves. It is that easy.

Three No Cook Quick Canapés:

  • Quick Smoked Salmon Pate (click on the link for the recipe) placed in Swedish Croustades and on Cucumber Rounds, garnished with freshly chopped chives.
  • Peppadew & Feta Cheese Canapé -Using one jar of peppadew peppers and about 3/4 of a block of feta cheese. (This may depend on the size of the peppadews that are in the jar). Cut the feta into small cubes and press them gently into the centre of the peppadews. Place the peppadews feta side down, so the canapés look like little baubles or Santa’s hats.
  • Caprese Salad Canapé Insert a tooth pick into half a cherry tomato cut side down, skewer half a bocconcino (baby mozzarella ball) on top of the cherry tomato. Finish the canapé off by adding a small basil leaf to the top .

Finishing off the Canapé Wreath:

To add a little bit of ‘sparkle’ scatter pomegranate seeds over the rocket leaves of the wreath. When the pomegranate seeds catch the light, they look like glistening lights.

I hope I have inspired you to make a wreath or to take an element of this

The Canapé Wreath and add it to your catering repertoire

Enjoy gathering your friends making these easy no cook canapés.
