Easy Lamb Chop Recipe

Looking for an easy lamb chop recipe? These oven baked lamb chops are a great way to feed a crowd.

Line a tray with foil or baking parchment, add your favourite fresh herbs or rub (I used harissa paste) and onion rings.

Add lamb chops ontop of your onions drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a hot oven (200°C)  for 30-40 minutes
