Easter is a wonderful celebration to regroup, rest and get together with friends and family. It feels less pressurised than other holidays and as Greeks, it usually centres around a lovely lamb dish or for some their favourite delicious vegan or vegetarian option.

I have a few ideas if you are wanting to add a little twist to your lamb repertoire.

I do find lamb is my go-to meat for entertaining (and not because I am Greek), I think it is because it is more forgiving if people are late or we sit lingering over welcome drinks, for that much longer than planned, the meat improves.
