Quick Avocado Ranch Style Dressing Recipe
This Quick Avocado Ranch Style Dressing recipe is a delicious easy to blend together ranch style avocado dressing.
You add buttermilk (you can mix yogurt and milk together as a substitute), a ripe avocado, lemon juice and seasoning of your choice.
I served the dressing with a wheat berry quinoa salad, with grilled halloumi and chopped chorizo fried and finished with sherry and honey, it was very tasty and easy to make.
This worked well as a lunch box option too. The Avocado Ranch Style Dressing would be also be tasty with a chopped salad, with grilled chicken or as a sauce with salmon pieces. You can also use this recipe sauce as a dip for crudites too.
From the photo you can see that my dressing was thick, my family loves coating sauces if yours prefers a thinner style dressing add more buttermilk to reach your desired consistency.
The recipe is versatile and you can add a few herbs to compliment the food you are serving see the recipe notes.
