Fuss Free Crumbing
A very easy, fuss free idea to use when you next crumb and bake anything. Instead of an egg wash to make the crumbs stick on to the item, add a layer of good quality mayonnaise. Spread the mayonnaise over the fish, chicken, tofu, veg or whatever you are topping with crumbs. The chosen ingredient will be moist and the crumbs will crisp well without being soggy on the under side when baked.
