Teriyaki Mayonnaise Recipe

The Teriyaki Mayonnaise recipe is so easy to mix together. 

Just three ingredients are needed which you may already have in your fridge.

Mayonnaise (I always use Hellmann’s)

Teriyaki sauce

Lemon juice

The umami flavour is quite an explosion in the mouth, the first will boggle, it’s familiar but like nothing you have tasted before and addictive. You won’t be able to stop eating whatever you have served it with.

 Here are a few ideas to get you thinking:

Can be used as a dipping sauce at a BBQ

Steamed white fish with a dollop of Teriyaki Mayonnaise served with rice and stir fried vegetables.

Try it with a Ham Salad Sandwich
