Sloppy Joe Recipe

What is Sloppy Joe? It is similar to the mixture you make for chilli con carne, but without tomatoes. This would be a great feed a crowd dish and a different way to use a packet of mince.

Vegans & Vegetarians
Replace the beef mince with lentils or Quorn Mince

If you have time, you can chop and fry the vegetables, rather than blending them.

If you want a sloppier mixture, add a little more water to the mince, while it is cooking. logo
