Chorizo Cooked in Sherry and Honey
A friend returned from Spain and cooked up this wonderful combination of chorizo, sherry and a drizzle of honey. The sherry adds a deep flavour to the paprika flavour of the chorizo, and the honey brings everything together with a hint of sweetness. It is so simple to make and versatile.

We have just made your chorizo,Sherry and honey starter. So easy and absolutely delicious. A good way to use up chorizo. A glass of chilled sherry goes very well with this dish too. Thank you.
